I just wanted to let you know how very pleased we were with all the arrangements you made for us for our trip. We were highly impressed with the quality of the hotels, the tours, the transfers, the drivers, and the tour guides. All the guides were so knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and spoke great English. I'll have to admit I was nervous, making all these arrangements over the Internet, but we really could not have been happier with the whole experience. Well maybe if we'd had another week! I'm happy to write a referral or recommendation for you anytime, just let me know. Thanks for all your efforts to make our trip so amazing. We felt very pampered and taken care of, which is so comforting when traveling in a foreign country.

Thanks for your note.  We had a wonderful trip!  Only thing we would change if possible would have been the weather....

Lake Como was insanely beautiful and we all agree that this was our favorite hotel.  I am glad I trusted you...it was perfect!  The staff was top-notch!  Our greeting of champagne and fruit was a wonderful surprise!  We loved the suite, kids enjoyed both pools, and dinner next door was delicious.  Loved having use of the kayaks! Would go back in a heartbeat!

Again, Hotel Flora in Venice was very, very nice!  Great staff, beautiful room and good location being near San Marco square (good landmark when you get lost!).  Had their light dinner here one night and it was very nice!

No problems with train, transfers and tours.  Everyone was very punctual, helpful and informative.  Being able to skip the line at Vatican was huge!  Guide really tried to engage the kids.  I would recommend this for families.  Tour in Venice was alright.  The guide was lovely and very bright but we had a hard time understanding her at times and also just hearing her over the boat noise.  It gave the kids a rest from walking and overall enjoyed it but would not necessarily recommend to families.  FYI, went to the Musica Palazzo Duetti D'Amore opera at Barbarigo-Minotto Palace and it was amazing!

Overall, you did a fabulous job and we really appreciate everything! We will definitely recommend you to friends and hope that we will be calling you again in the not so distant future!  Take care.

Paul and I both feel this trip met every one of our expectations and we strongly feel it was a great value for the services we received.  We can't say enough great things about this trip; it was very well organized.  Every time we were suppose to meet someone either for a ride or tour, they were there waiting for us.  The quality of the sight seeing tours was excellent.  Igor  Fedele in Taormina was phenomenal.  He was very accommodating and went out of his way to show us more than we thought we were going to see.  The two tour guides from Context in Rome were well versed in the sites we visited and also went out of their way to get us access to areas that the general public does not normally see.   In Salina the tour guides, unfortunately did not speak English.  I do speak some Italian so I was able to converse with the guides and to translate it for our group.  That being said they were knowledge and friendly; we enjoyed both the land and boat tours.

We loved all three hotels and found the staff friendly and helpful.  We especially thought the wait staff in Hotel Signum were very attentive.  Although we liked the Capo D'Africa Hotel in Rome, we found it to be a little removed from the center of activity.   

The highlight of our trip for us was definitely the time we spent in Sicily.  We hope to go back there someday.  We did book a day trip to Pompeii and we felt it was well worth the trip.

Based on what we have seen in your website, it appears that you specialize in Italy only.  We hope for our next trip to visit British Isles.  If you plan trips in the UK, we would definitely work with you.

Hi Doug,

We are back from our honeymoon and I couldn't have possibly imagined it any better!!!!! It was beyond any of my expectations!!!!!! Everything was wonderful and if I had any choice, I would've stayed! We did have that one glitch with the cooking class but that was my own fault. I had mixed up the days and thought we had to go to our wine tasting and the class the day after. But our hotel managed to find a cooking class we could sign up for that night right there in Florence! So it all worked out anyway! And we ended up meeting another newlywed couple and spent some time getting to know them that night...it ended up being a pretty good detour!

But aside from that, again everything was amazing! Frankie and I can't thank you enough for planning such an amazing trip for us! Our tour guide in sorrento was by far our favorite!!!!! Well will definitely keep u in mind for our next trip to Italy because we are sure to be going back real soon!!!!

Thank you, Douglas!  We had a wonderful time.

We really loved the Hotel Capo D’Africa in Rome and La Favorita in Sorrento. Beautiful hotels.  Our favorite parts of the trip were visiting Rome and the Amalfi Coast and especially the Chianti region. 

Ravello and Poisitano were amazing and the views were incredible.  The town of Amalfi was very touristy so that one was probably our least favorite but we still enjoyed visiting. 

You were right about recommending that we take a private tour to Capri.  Capri was a little disappointing…kind of over-run by a lot of tourist shops but the blue grotto was a very cool experience. 

All the tour guides were exceptional.  They were always punctual, very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the region and Italy’s history.  Maurizio really went above and beyond and he arranged for us to have lunch at a family-owned restaurant where we had an incredible meal and enjoyed a breath-taking view of Tuscany. 

We’ve wanted to visit Italy for many years.  Now that we finally did, we can’t wait to return. 

We are looking forward to our next Italian vacation so we will touch base with you soon!
